A one time activation fee ($36) applies to any new 1 year cell phone contract activation. AT&T Wireless credits $26 on the first monthly bill on 2 year cell phone contract activations. 1 or 2 Year commitment required ! In the event you cancel or downgrade cellular service below $29.99 with AT&T Wireless prior to the 1 or 2 year contractual commitment, we will charge you a penalty of $175 in addition to AT&T Wireless penalties (one time $175 charge). If you wish to return an activated AT&T Wireless cell phone, you need to obtain a Return Authorization Number from us and return the cellular phone to our location within 30 days from the activation date.
