This clamshell beauty looks sleek and works using the CDMA tri-mode networks. It’s extremely easy to use and customize, and its small size is just perfect to slip into your pockets.

The Audiovox 8900 measures 84mm x 41mm x 23 mm, but don’t be fooled with its compact size. The phone is powered by the MSM 6050 chipset. It comes integrated with a 0.3 mega pixel VGA digital camera to capture and share photos. The front display supports Picture caller ID and is a 2-color LCD screen. The main internal display is a large TFT-LCD screen at 128 x 160 pixels and supports up to 65000 colors with a 9-line screen display.

The 8900 is certainly easy to use. It has a 4-way directional keypad and well spaced buttons for easy typing of messages and numbers. With the 8900 you no longer have to worry about storing contacts. The phonebook can store 300 multiple entry records with picture support. It is enabled with a 32 chord polyphonic ringer with 25 customizable ringer styles. It also has a built-in speakerphone and supports voice-activated dialing for the busy professional.

The phone is Java and BREW enabled, facilitating download of games, ring tones and pictures. It is also WAP enabled and allows you to surf compatible websites.
