TO OPEN AND DOWNLOAD AN ATTACHMENT:
To open an attachment when in a message press the Menu key > Retrieve Attachment Information > Open Attachment (if required) click an attachment (if required in dialog box) select an option.
To download an attachment when in a message press the Menu key > Download Attachment > Download > select the folder to store the attachment > Press the Menu key > Select Folder
