Google Nexus 7 enters the Android tablet market:

In search of a Google Android tablet, the Google Nexus 7 is a 7 inch tablet that my be the best android tablet currently available. The Nexus 7 runs on the latest version of Android, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. This Google Android tablet was made for Google Play and designed to challenge the Amazon Kindle Fire. At Google Play there are over 600,000 applications and video games available for Android and more eBooks, magazines, movies and music than one can handle.

The Google Nexus 7 is available for pre-order, for $199 you can get the 8GB version or for $249 with 16GB. There is no expandable memory so this may seem to be limiting to the media maniac, but don't worry you can get free cloud storage. Being the first Android Jelly Bean 7 inch tablet, you would expect it to be the best android tablet out there. Yea, well it is. The Google Nexus 7 has the speed that prevents lags. It is powered by the NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad-core processor and requires Wi-Fi connectivity. It supports Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n speeds.
