Four new Android smartphones from Motorola and Verizon to carry all of them. Exclusive to Verizon Wireless are the Motorola Droid Ultra, Droid Maxx, and the Droid Mini. One of the upcoming Motorola Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean smartphones to hit the market is the Motorola Moto X. It will be carried by AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and Verizon. Though it does not have an expandable microSD card slot, it will be available with either 16GB (for $199) or 32GB ($249) of internal memory.
What sets the Motorola Moto X apart is that Motorola will allow consumers to design it online with the Moto Maker web app. First, it ships in either white or black colors but owners will be able to select colors, memory, have a personal message and more if they would like to add a personal touch.
Additionally, it is a voice driven smartphone, made for touchless control. You can still use your fingertip for navigation on the 4.7-inch AMOLED 720p HD touchscreen. The Moto X has a 2,200 mAh embedded battery, measures 5.09 in (H) x 2.57 in (W) x 0.22 - 0.40 in (Curve) and weighs 4.59 ounces. It runs on a Dual-core 1.7GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor with 2GB of RAM and Motorola X8 Mobile Computing System. Imaging features include a 10 megapixel clear pixel rear facing camera with 1080p video capture at 30 frames per second, LED Flash, and a 2 megapixel front facing camera also with 1080p HD video recording.
