LG Thrill 4G AT&T Phone Review:
The LG Thrill 4G is the U.S. twin of the LG Optimus 3D and has a 4.3-inch 3D touch screen that does not require the use of 3D glasses. It is equipped with two rear facing 5 megapixel cameras that capture 3D videos and 3D images. You can also play 3D games on the LG Thrill 4G AT&T Phone. The LG Thrill 4G is the first of its kind in the U.S. and adds stereoscopy (3-D imaging), a feature not present in any other cell phone to date. After recording your content you can play it back on a 3D TV, upload it to YouTube 3D, plug through HDMI or send it wirelessly to DLNA-compatible devices. You can also make video calls with the LG Thrill 4G smartphone's front facing camera.
The LG THrill 4G captures 1080p HD (1920 x 1080) and 720p HD (1280 x 720) video and the dual cameras have a LED flash. It also captures 3D video at 24 fps 720p (1280 x 720).
The LG Thrill 4G runs on 1GHz dual-core processor and the Android 2.2 Froyo operating system. It will be upgradeable to Android to 2.3 Gingerbread through AT&T in the near future. With the LG Thrill 4G AT&T Phone you can connect at HSPA+ high data speed. You get all of the google applications with the LG Thrill as well as Wi-Fi connectivity (802.11b/g/n) and Bluetooth wireless connectivity with stereo.
HTML web browsing with Flash support and social networking (Facebook / MySpace / Twitter) ensure you stay up to date with your online world. The LG Thrill 4G can use microSDHC cards with a maximum capacity of 32GB and allows for mass storage via USB 2.0 connectivity.
For music you have Bluetooth stereo and a 3.5 mm cell phone headset audio jack. For calls you get picture caller ID, ringtone profiles and multiple numbers per contact.
The LG Thrill 4G AT&T Phone measures 5.07 inch (H) x 2.68 in (W) x 0.47 (D) and weighs 5.93 ounces.
