LG Thrive AT&T Phone Review: meet the very first Android 2.2 smartphone introduced on the AT&T GoPhone Pre-Paid network. It's rare to see a 3.2" HVGA touchscreen display. Now that features available to AT&T post-paid folks are now there to enjoy also with a pre-paid plan. The phone itself is considered entry level, but we find nothing "entry" about this features packed smart-pre-paid-phone. It has GPC geolocation as well as a 3.2 megapixel camera with auto focus, digital zoom and video capture.
The LG Thrive is a GSM cell phone capable of going abroad as it works under these networks: GSM 850, 900, 1800, 1900 and UMTS 850, 1900, 2100. The phone internal memory is 160 MB, but one can expand it with microSD, microSDHC memory cards to up to 32GB. The AT&T LG Thrive is an EDGE phone capable of speeds of 600 MHz. Obviously it is a Bluetooth enabled cell phone as well as a wi0fi spot.

The new LG Thrive measures 4.47" x 2.32" x 0.53" and it weighs 4.58 oz. The LG Thrive battery measures 1500 mAh and it can last you up to 7.5 hous of talking on the phone or standing by for up to 480 hours. It comes in grey color and it will be available from AT&T from April 17th 2011.
