Release date on September 2007, the Nokia 6500 is 0.37" thin! Built with 920 MB of internal memory, Bluetooth wireless connectivity, MP3 player and email / messaging (IM / Text / multimedia) and a 2.0 mpx camera /camcorder with 4x zoom.
The Nokia 6500 Classic features a 2 in 320 x 240 px QVGA screen that displays your multimedia in over 16 million colors. With the Nokia 6500 Classic you get 1GB of internal memory for your music, videos and pictures. The Nokia 6500 Classic has a built-in 2.0 megapixel camera / camcorder that takes pictures with a resolution of 1600 x 1200 pixels and are stored as JPEGs. It captures video at QCIF / SQCIF, 176 x 144 px MP4s.
The Nokia 6500 Classic is compatible with WCDMA 850 / 2100 GSM / EGSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 frequencies, so you're always connected. 3G speed provide fast data rates for your multimedia messaging, reading your email (POP3 / IMAP4 / SMTP) and attachments (audio / pictures / videos). The WML WAP 2.0 browser supports xHTML letting you access your favorite web sites while on the go.
Micro USB port enables fast synchronization and transferring of multimedia and important data. Java MIDP 2.0 applications add further capabilities. The Nokia 6500 Classic includes Calendar, to do list, and notes so that you can complete your daily tasks. Music player supports AAC, eAAC+, and MP3s when you need to relax.
