What are you looking for in a phone? Looks? Features? Here¡¦s a phone that is a perfect balance of features, size and usability. And of course, it has a lot of style and is compact in size and looks as well.

The look and feel This compact clamshell model weighs about 96g with a SIM card, and measures 94mm x 45mm x 24mm in size. In the external display (101x80 4k color STN), you will find the camera and the camera buttons. It also displays time, date, signal and battery levels. The internal display of 128x160 pixel TFD that is capable of 65k colors. The number keypad has a blue backlighting seen well in various conditions. The buttons are large and join close to each other.

Camera Sony Ericsson Z520a cell phone is fitted with a VGA camera and a 4x zoom, which is of decent quality. Once you click the pictures, you can store photos up to 640 x 480 px in size. Other resolutions include QVGA (320 x 240 px), and QQVGA (160 x 120 px). You can shoot still as well as video clips in .3GP format with sound. The phone also supports three picture resolutions, various effects and the ability to use night mode. One of the highlighting qualities of the phone is the unique panoramic shooting feature.

Messaging The Sony Ericsson Z520 supports SMS, EMS and MMS. The Z520 also supports a type of MMS shortcut called Voice Message that basically provides a streamlined method for recording and sending a voice clip as a MMS message. The T9 predictive text input system in the Z520 makes keying in and sending messages very fast.

Sounds It supports 40 simultaneous chords and plays polyphonic ring tones. You can also play MP3 ring tones and consumers can record tones from the audio source. Listening to MP3s using the Media Player software is now easy. MP3s up to 192 kbps can be stored for local playback. To adjust Bass, Voice, and Treble levels an Equalizer is also included.
