T-Mobile Internet and E-mail Plans
There are a variety of plan on T-mobile for people who want to remain connected on the move with their high-tech email and internet-compatible hand phones. There are primarily three types of email and internet rate plans:
• Internet Only plans
• SideKick Data plans
• BlackBerry plans
Internet only plans are for people who need access to the web only and not to any email client. So, these are plans designed for exclusive web access on laptops and on any T-Mobile Cell Phones in all areas of T-mobile network coverage.
There are two plans to choose from: "T-mobile total Internet" which is charged monthly at $49.99 and "T-Mobile Total internet with corporate My E-mail" which is charged monthly at $59.98. Both these plans will have unlimited access to email, web browsing and Instant messaging. When you make voice calls, it will be charged at $0.20 per minute inclusive of roaming and national long-distance calls. The only difference between the two plans is that the "T-Mobile Total internet with corporate My E-mail" obviously allows unlimited access to Corporate My email as well. In both rate plans, the user can make use of unlimited data transfer while browsing the net including email. Text messaging is almost unlimited as the first 300 text messages are not charged. Both the plans also have the standard equipment protection thrown in at $5.99.
Sidekick plans are a primarily plans which can empower your sidekick with the power of the internet to communicate with you. These plans are available at $29.99 per month and give the user unlimited access to email, internet browsing, Instant and text messaging. Here too, the voice calls are charged at $0.20 a minute unless an unlimited sidekick unlimited service voice plan is also purchased.
BlackBerry plans are the most exciting and the most popular with users who have BlackBerry compatible handsets. Up to ten individual email accounts can be accessed on a BlackBerry T-Mobile Phone if the user is subscribed to a BlackBerry Internet Email plan and for users who want to receive corporate emails on their handsets, there is always the BlackBerry Enterprise server plans which help anyone using it to corporate email, calendars, contacts with any of the PC (either a desktop or a laptop) email applications. Both the BlackBerry rate plans have 3 options with 2 of those 3 plans having the added feature of 'Whenever minutes' along with the great data plans. While BlackBerry Enterprise server plans start at a monthly price of $39.98 and go upto $89.99, BlackBerry Internet service plans start at a modest $29.99 and go upto $79.99. The High-end option in both rate plan options come with 1500 'Whenever minutes'.
