1 or 2 Year commitment required ! 1800Mobiles.com provides customers with a $150 equipment purchase discount in exchange for activating and maintaining a new AT&T Wireless mobile number on any rate plan for $39.99/month and above for a minimum of 365 consecutive days.
In the event you cancel cellular service with AT&T Wireless prior to the 1 or 2 year contractual commitment, 1800mobiles.com will charge your credit card a penalty of $150 per service line in addition to AT&T Wireless penalties (one time $175 charge). You are hereby authorizing 1800mobiles.com to charge the penalty amount to the credit card number provided in your order.
If you are an existing AT&T Wireless customer, and you activate a second/additional mobile number, please be aware that 1800Mobiles.com will charge your credit card a penalty of $150 per service line in case you de-activate your original mobile number. You are hereby authorizing 1800mobiles.com to charge the penalty amount to the credit card number provided in your order.
In the event you cancel your wireless data service with AT&T Wireless prior to the 1 or 2 year contractual commitment, 1800mobiles.com will charge your credit card a penalty of $100 per data phone or laptop card line in addition to AT&T Wireless penalties (one time $175 charge). You are hereby authorizing 1800mobiles.com to charge the penalty amount to the credit card number provided in your order.
In the event you downgrade your cellular monthly charge below $39.99 cellular service with AT&T Wireless prior to the 1 or 2 year contractual commitment, 1800mobiles.com will charge your credit card a penalty of $100 per service line. You are hereby authorizing 1800mobiles.com to charge the penalty amount to the credit card number provided in your order.
Therefore, it is mandatory that any request for change, cancellation or suspension of your monthly service and/or moving to a different area code, must be e-mailed to: activations@1800mobiles.com and not through any other authorized dealer nor AT&T Wireless itself.
30 Days Return Policy: If you wish to return an activated AT&T Wireless cell phone, you need to obtain a Return Authorization Number from 1800Mobiles and return the cellular phone to our location within 30 days from the activation date. A $25.00 re-stocking fee will apply. No other early contract termination fees apply. Cell phone, manual and box must be in original condition. Please e-mail at: returns@1800mobiles.com and provide us your order number in the subject field.
In case of returns, promotional items MUST be returned with the phone. When returning the phone without a Body Glove Case or a promotional Car Charger or a Free Navigator handsfree kit, 1800Mobiles.com will charge the retail price of promotional items to customers.
A one time activation fee ($36) applies to any new 1 year cell phone contract activation.
