Terms, Conditions and Returns Information
There is NO ACTIVATION FEE when activating AT&T Wireless Replacement Phones, but a 1 or 2 Year Commitment is still required.
Please note that buying a replacement phone means renewing your AT&T Wireless Contract for at least another year.
In the event you cancel cellular service with AT&T Wireless prior to the 1 or 2 year contractual commitment, 1800Mobiles.com will charge you a penalty of $225.00.
The reason for this penalty is because 1800Mobiles.com provides customers with a $225 equipment purchase discount in exchange for activating and maintaining a new AT&T Wireless mobile number on any commercially published rate plan for a minimum of 365 consecutive days.
If you wish to return an activated AT&T Wireless cell phone, you need to obtain a Return Authorization Number from us and return the cellular phone to our location within 30 days from the activation date. A $25.00 re-stocking fee will apply. Cell phone, manual and box must be in original condition.
Note: Replacement phones are available only when migrating from a TDMA phone to another TDMA phone or from one TDMA phone to a GSM phone. Upgrades are not available when migrating from a GSM phone to another GSM phone.
