VMobile How it Works
Vmobile Service was created to allow customers with less than perfect credit a chance to get wireless service without buying prepaid cards or paying high rates. VMobile gives you all of the benefits and features of a contract service with No Contracts or Credit Checks. Customers with a credit card or debit card can sign up for auto-pay program. V-Mobile Service utilizes the National ATT Wireless Digital TDMA Network. We offer great bundled minutes with unlimited nights and weekends and unlimited Mobile to Mobile calling on selected plans.
Getting Started:
1. Purchase your phone and Service online.
2. Upon Payment Approval, your phone is activated with a local number.
3. Your cell phone is then shipped via Fedex 3rd Day Air.
Billing:
At the time of activation, all customers will be required to pay a $35 activation fee and their first month's service plan rate upfront. Your phone package may already have the start-up fees built-in to the package price. The second bill will include the plan rate, proration and any overage charges for off-network roaming, 411, text messaging, web access, and additional minutes used over their included plan minutes. Customers who are on our Auto-Pay Program will automatically be billed monthly on their credit or debit card. Bill summary will be emailed and sent via text to customer's phone. Detailed bills can be reviewed online at no cost or mailed to customers for a $1 fee. At VMobile's discretion, an additional payment may be required to be paid to continue service for customers with excessive usage beyond their plan minutes. Make sure you select the right plan based on your usage needs. Telecom taxes will be added to all bills.
